HI ALL,
We are currently exploring the AI capabilities within ITAM Flexera One and would like to understand the available use cases. At present, we are familiar with AI functionalities related to Purchases and Contracts, and we have also noticed the AI Agent feature for documentation search.
However, we are interested in gaining a comprehensive understanding of all AI capabilities available in ITAM Flexera One. It would be helpful to know if any organizations or users have already started implementing AI features in their environments and can share their experiences or use cases.
This insight will help us streamline operations for our Administrator and SAM teams, as well as improve overall efficiency for our customers.

We have a customer roadmap update planned this month and there will be a lot of mention of new features to manage your AI and to use AI in our products to perform your job function faster/easier/better.

Thank you very much for your response. I was not aware of the latest Flexera Partner Roadmap earlier, and I had been actively looking for this information. I also raised a support case, but I was advised to connect with the CSM, and the case was subsequently closed.
Currently, we are exploring various possibilities for automating both Flexera operational tasks and regular BAU activities. We see potential in leveraging Flexera APIs integrated with chatbot platforms such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Google Gemini, etc., to automate tasks related to inventory status, report execution, installed software details, system health monitoring, system tasks, and other API-driven capabilities.
We would appreciate your insights for API Integration with Chatbot and on any additional automation opportunities for BAU activities within Flexera. This will greatly benefit administrators and SAM teams, and also help improve overall efficiency for our customers.
