Am looking to generate a custom asset record report that would pull in either any linked or text content in the Documents tab. Is there a way that I can direct the application to channel this information into the reporting? Thanks.

I'm not sure I completely understand your scenario, but for any text content to become available for reporting I think it would have to be extracted into text attribute fields. I.e. the system will not automatically be able to extract data from any linked or uploaded documents. You may want to explore the recently released AI Contract Ingestion capability and especially its capability to extract important details and make it available as text or other type of attributes through AI/ML.
