"The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure." I get the preceding error that will NOT go away.
I have the data platform on site connected to ServiceNow. I have generated the OAuth Token and it will not authenticate preventing us from normalizing data.
*There is no firewall issue
-- we added the ServiceNow certificate to the trusted root store on the Admin Console
-- We updated the cert on the server
The Support team has run out of suggestions - This ticket has been open for 3 weeks or more.

I can see that the recommendation from the support case was to reach out to ServiceNow. Did you try this and still not able to find the root cause, or...?
