how recent is the usage - is it showing usage from after they have left? Have the accounts also been disabled in the 365 tenant, or the subscriptions removed? Do you do any maintenance on user accounts in Snow to remove disabled accounts, or do you wait for them to 'age out'.
Yes, the users have left months/years before, the accounts have been disabled in 365 tenant.
usually we don't remove users accounts in Snow and wait for them to get removed automatically.
Do you use the Snow Active Directory Discovery and are these Account still marked as Active in AD (e. g. AD flag userAccountControl = 512)? Or did you perhaps not activate user quarantine in SLM?
