How to fix the auto allocation bundle?
I have added the license record as a bundle (2,200) and set as auto allocate through out the organisation, this whole setting doesn't seem to work as the compliance section is still shown under license (-1680). I am not sure how to fixed it. Can anyone advise on this?

i am thinking that you are on Snow Atlas or Snow License Manager onPrem.
After changing the license record, have you run the compliance calculation and refresh the web interface?

Yes, I have done so, run the compliance calculation and refresh the web interface. I am not sure what going on. The support team has investigated on the issues, They has checked the license added, the product bundle added with all the setting, didn't find anything obvious or error, so it now been escalated to compliance calculation team.
