Hi, According to Snow Docs and Release notes that Computers with status Inactive will now change to status Active when reporting inventory data again.

Hi,

According to Snow Docs and Release notes that
Computers with status Inactive will now change to status Active when reporting inventory data again.

We experience that this is not the case. We have few PCs that have status Inactive when they are actually in use.

Have check if they have Disable automatic quarantine management enabled, they are not.

Anything can be done here to put these PCs back to Active?

I've seen this on the latest version too. Inactive machines with active Q management enable stay as inactive even though they scanned yesterday.
You get also the nice Alert of 14 inactive computers have been inventoried during the last 30 days showing it's not working either.
