COPILOT Usage tracking in Snow License Manager
The data on the use of COPILOT in Snow does not seem relevant to me: users confirm to me that they use COPILOT regularly but appear in Snow with the mention "No Activity".
Do you know how Snow detects activity on this product? Is it able to track calls to COPILOT from Teams or another Microsoft product?

We are using SNOW ATLAS, I have noticed that usage information based on run and run time is not accurate. "First used" data seems to be relevant, however the "Run" and "Per run" is not matching to the actual usage.
I think "run Run" will never be accurate, nor are they meant to be.

Basically, the "Run" times do not track active usage, it simply checks process start end end.
