Hello community,

Just like the title says, after upgrading the FNMS Environment to R2 2024, the beacon applications fail to upgrade to the latest version, with the error message being shown in Web UI " Last download of packages for managed devices failed. Check the log file on the beacon server."

I have a multi-tenant implementation, so all the tenants face the same issue, even though beacons are set up to download the latest version, they get stuck for days with this error.

Upgrade status:

Upgrade failed (3:20 pm 2/26/2025)

Upgrade mode: Always use the latest version (currently 23.0.1.10)

Multiple beacons are stuck for a week, since I've upgraded to R2 2024, and all the connectors are failing because of this issue.

Any idea on how to fix this?
