Flexera Agent to upload inventory to Public Facing beacon server
The company is moving away from SCCM and we deployed an Internet Facing beacon server in our environment. This is to deploy the Flexera agent on EUDs and for the agent to communicate to the Internet Facing beacon from anywhere. I can see the beacon server is reporting in the solution and I am able to access the beacon from an EUD by typing in the address https://name.domain/ManagesofDL in my browser. This gives me a black screen without errors. When I exclude the /ManagesoftDL from the address I can see the IIS screen of the beacon. My problem is when I run the mgspolicy command I get this screen. I tried to see but no log files are created. It just pops up immediately with this screen.
Versions 22.2 and later of the agent no longer use mgspolicy but instead use flxconfig (https://docs.flexera.com/fnms/EN/Features/index.html#FeatureList/2024R1-1/RN-new-flxconfig.html). Please note that for this version of the agent to work, the beacon must also be running 22.2 or later.
