Filter showing normal as like previous version(2023R2) in prod env, but in the test environment the filter is showing different symbol.
Test environment application upgrade to 2024R2 was done on dec month and Prod environment was done on 19th Jan.
Please find the below Test env and Prod env screen shots.

Hi Dhananjayan,
If the application servers (web servers) have been correctly updated to the current version, it could be a problem with the browser cache. To test, delete the browser cache and call up the suite again (possibly in private mode).
If the problem persists, it appears that the web servers, in this case the PROD server, have not been updated correctly. We recommend uninstalling the FNMS Web Server (including deleting the files), restarting the server and reinstalling the current version of the FNMS Web Server cleanly.
