Consumption of Named User/User Based License
Is there any way to get the complete consumption or Usage report for Named user or User License(For Example- Username, Machine name, Version and Build no of CC, Last used date , installed date. Current version of the Software installed) All these fields in one report.( Example - Adobe creative Cloud

The out of box Consumption tab under Named user or User license gives us the most of columns I will say ? The missing one such as 'Last used date' you can find out from 'User License Details' report which is usually can be led by the hyperlink from the license consumption tab as showing below.
