There are currently 2 versions of the SN app "FNMS Integration" and a new one to be released this month (June 2021):
1. 5.0.376 - Flexera only supports the latest 2 versions of the FNMS Integration app. This version will no longer be supported after this month.
2. 5.0.472 - We could use this version but it requires purchasing SN SAM licenses. Does anyone know how many licenses would be required?
3. 5.0.5 - this version will be released this month.
How do other customers handle this if every 6 months the last 2 versions are supported and previous versions not. Do you recreate your SN CMDB integration into FNMS every 6 months?
Is upgrading FNMS to FlexeraOne a resolution?

5.0.316 - Flexera only supports the latest 2 versions of the FNMS Integration app. This version will no longer be supported after this month.
>> Answer: We support N-2 scoped app releases at a quarterly release schedule. 5.0.3 release will still supported up until 5.0.6 GA which is targeted for December 31, 2021.5.0.472 - We could use this version but it requires purchasing SN SAM licenses. >> Answer: SAM Foundation can be used; I believe that's free but please double check with your ServiceNow rep for your entitlement requirement.5.0.5 - this version will be released this month.
