Why is my agent skipping Oracle Inventory?
Hi,
I'm using FNMS 2019R2 and now trying to gather Oracle Inventory on AIX.
The InventorySettings.xml is surely located in /var/opt/managesoft/tracker/inventorysettings/ but Oracle Inventory is skpped.
What possible root cause can I expect?

Hi,
First step would be checking the information in the "tracker.log" file.
I would suggest enabling the +Inventory/Oracle option in the /opt/managesoft/etcp.trace file (rename the file to /etc/ndtrack.trace) as described in the "Troubleshooting Inventory" chapter in the "Gathering FlexNet Inventory " document on page 136.
In the additional log file that is generated when the agent runs for the next time, you should hopefully find more information.
