2019R2 - Oracle Server Worksheet is Empty

Hi All,

I'm using FNMS2019R2 with SQL Server 2012. now I can see oracle instances and HW, SW inventories as well as number of named user and processors related with Oracle Database on FNMS WebUI under Discovery and Inventory menu.

But once I tried to go to Reoprt>Compliance>Oracle Server Worksheet and click run to show report then the OSW is empty, no result.

Do I need to run any patch for showing such as 2019R1?

Hello @gotqcorp ,

There are several requirements that must be met in order for an instance to appear on the OSW report.

Verifying those prerequisites should be your first step.

Starting with 2019 R2, the OSW will only show servers that have been linked to an Oracle Software License.

    You can see after create license for specific application what you want to see on OWS.

    @m2019sam - The requirement for an Oracle DB Instance to be linked to a License to appear on the Oracle Server Worksheet took effect with FNMS 2019 R1.
