FNMS agentless option (Zero Touch) still uses the agent, so you'll probably have no luck there. I see a few options:

• Gather inventory manually

   

  This could be done regularly (yearly), if the number of machines alow it. Also you could try to tap into the deployment an patch process to see what is installed and uninstalled.
• Script your own solution

   

  You could try to gather the basics yourself. It won't be as sophisticated as the FNMS agent, but might still be enough. After all there is only a few really important attributes.
• Find a 3rd party inventory solution

   

  You might find a 3rd party solution capable of running Z-Linux and import your data from it.
