Hi @Muhammad Bilal​ - is this for existing resources or when configuring new resources? For existing resources you can view this by using the column selector & selecting 'Est. Annual Cost'.

You can also choose which columns are presented in the Service Portal by default following this knowledge article:

However, please note that this is a global change for all tenants. If you need this available on a per-tenant basis you'll have to submit a feature request at https://ideas.snowsoftware.com/.
