Hi, I use SNOW at Department for Infrastructure and Transport at South Australia for an ICT project. I would like to know the search options / search wild card criteria i.e. I want to search multiple computers and would like to know the search strings.

    For the search filters:

    • "%" replaces any string
    • "_" replaces any character

    For the auto-filter row (head of columns in the result set)

    • No need for wildcards
    Selected as Best

    Hi David,

     

    you also find more information on searching in the user guide section 3.4. The user guide can be found under the help section in Snow License Manager. (Once you are logged in to Snow License Manager click on your name in the top right of the screen)
