I would like to know simply how to remove software that shouldn't be blacklisted. I have some software that appears on the blacklist, but that is allowed within the company, I would like them not to appear anymore.

    If you simply want to not show the selected applications as Blacklisted - Go to the Home - Administration menu and select Blacklisted Applications / Application Deny List

     

    You can then remove the criteria that is highlighting your specific application there.
