Hi Issa,
why don't you set the "Delete action" to delete or archive instead of "set to inactive"?
Other than that, this will require a custom procedure that for example runs with the Data Update Job.

can not make delete action cause i want only delete desktop only need to keep servers

Check out this Idea (SNOW-I-1743) and the one merged into it. They are quite similar. I answered some questions on it a month or so ago so maybe something will finally happen in this direction.

Use insert query into [SnowLicenseManager].[ds].[tblComputersToDelete]
