I think we had this question before and I am afraid the answer will be still the same: no, you cannot import report criteria, unfortunately.

The best thing you can do:

• create a custoim field, e.g. "IncludeInReport" as boolean
• Import the list of computers witrh the field set to true
• use the "Applications per Computer" report filtering on the custom field
