I have created a license for Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 using SKU and same application is installed on the devices on which i have assigned the license. But still somehow the application is showing as not covered under entitlement state.

the first question I would normally ask is have you ran recalculate compliance? If you have is it possible that upgrade and or downgrade rights have been applied meaning that the licenses have been used for a different version of the product.
