Assign a license to multiple users
Currently I am manually managing these licenses through SNOW. Going to the license -> edit -> Assignment. Then I manually change the user assigned on that tab. Is there an easier/faster way to do that?
I do have 2 questions, regarding the User license assignment in SNOW.
1 - SNOW allow multiple user license assignment? Is there any template for it?
2 - When re-assigning the license to a different user, or removing the user from that specific license, what should be the best way to do that? Going manually to the License assignment and removing the user manually? What is we need to remove several users?

Hi,
there is a license assignment import and a template for this also available.
You will need the "License ID" for this import, or provide an "External ID", that you can set manually (or import) in each license.
As part of the import wizard you will have the choice to either add or replace the license assignment.
So you will have to run two imports, one for new assignments and one for changing existing assignmants.
