Hi Team,

We found 2 issues with snow discovery.

1) User reported that he have Adobe Acrobat Pro installed on his machine but in snow it is reflecting as trial version. we asked user if he had installed trail version previously on his machine or not? he said he never installed Trail Version. we also took his machine remote session and we found no trial version is installed.

2) Paid Adobe is reflecting on user machine but we verified user machine and we found he only having Acrobat Reader on his machine.

Please help us to solve this issue ASAP.
