How to configure Compliance Exclusion for devices and TS-Applications

Hello,

does anyone know if there is a way to create a compliance exclusion for certain TS applications for "devices" that are created via remote-only use?

We have a server that serves to secure connectivity solution with other servers.

This server was created as a device and thus the applications that reside on the endpoint server were shown as demand.

However, the actual demand must be generated for the computer that is connected via this server.

You should be able to achieve this by adding a compliance exclusion rule for the device. Please see Snow Docs Compliance Exclusions for more details.

Thanks for your answer, but in this case it doesn`t help. I know these Information, but it is only for physical computers and not for devices which are created by an remote session.

As you said, this is not possible in SLM.

"Compliance Exclusions" as well as "EXtended Coverage" only work for computers.
Having that said: shouldn't this server be inventoried anyway?
