Application overview and license overview has "no information available"
My application overview tab has no information available in compliance widget also license compliance report is empty.
Anyone can help me with the reasons.
Hi Pavi,
is it happening with only your login to are other users also experiencing this? If it is only yours than something in the security settings is affecting your ability to see data.
if not, can you see application data when you open your own computer record in snow?

Hi Jelle,
we are also facing this issue. No data for all the compliance reports for our one of the customer in SPE edition. No information is available for license compliance or any compliance report.
Recalculate compliance is keep running for hours.

we are receiving error like this "CalculationReportingService: Sent failed messages for CID ###"
