Trying to devise strategy for scanning standalone devices i.e. devices not connected to domain and no network access. Can we simply use the standard agent and manually export the snow pack or is there a specific standalone agent than can be run via USB?
You can simply copy the Agent directory (without the data subdir) to a usb stick and plug that into your offline computers. Then execute (ideally run as administrator) 'snowagent scan'.
Insert the USB stick into a computer with access to the Snow Inventory server and execute 'snowagent send'.
