    Hi Raymond, Mark is correct. The key is either encrypted or doesn't exist in the registry. We will not reverse engineer the encryption so we are unable to collect this information.

    Hi Raymond, Good question, but I am afraid the answer is No, I dont believe Microsoft office products from 2010+ have the full key stored in the registry, and prior to 2010 it was in the registry but encypted, so even using the custom registry scan that you can do with Snow, there is no where to get the key from. I wish it could do this, because it would make the key management aspects of SAM so much simpler, however for the product manufacturer (Microsoft) it is better for you to lose your key and have to buy a new product.
