patrassjov asked a question.
report of Logon count
Is there any report where I can get a report of "logon count" for each computer?
For example user X have logon 15 times on one computer?
I know there is a report called devices/computer per user but I there I have more than 100000 rows to sort. My intend is so see if there are some computers that is not used so often.
I can't think of any easy out-of-the-box wat to get that information.
Even can't think how to get that using the API ...
But the data is there at your fingertips in the DB. If you have access to that, then you're almost there.
I have built a custom report using this SQL query, if you have access to the SQL server or know how to build custom reports, use this:
SELECT DISTINCT dbo.tblComputerUsers.ComputerID, dbo.tblComputerClient.HostName AS [Computer Name], dbo.rptUsers.Name, dbo.tblComputerUsers.LastLogon AS [Last sign in], dbo.tblComputerUsers.LogonCount AS [Logon Count]
FROM dbo.rptUsers INNER JOIN
dbo.tblComputerUsers ON dbo.rptUsers.UserID = dbo.tblComputerUsers.UserID RIGHT OUTER JOIN
dbo.tblComputerClient ON dbo.tblComputerUsers.ComputerID = dbo.tblComputerClient.ComputerId
WHERE dbo.tblComputerUsers.CID = {0}
thanks for the reply, helped a lot!
( I deleted my last reply since that was another question that I am working with.
