How to edit Created By and Custom Field

Are you able to provide a screenshot of what you are seeing when you've created a license and added the custom field to it?

  Hi Graham
  I would look in the SMACC to ensure you are truly have the full Administrator role against your account and something like License Admin assigned instead.
  I've looked through the SMACC at the standard roles and Custom Field restrictions are only mentioned once against Apps/Computers as an option to include/exclude

  The SMACC is the Snow Management and Configuration Console - the admin tool you access and log in to on the server hosting your SLM installation.
  You can go to the Users/Roles area and see what right you have - but if you are in the Administrator Role and you don't have access to create a custom field in the Home/Administration menu of the SLM portal interface then i'd log a support ticket as something isn't right.
