The "Files per computer" report gives the option to add the columns Product version (file) & Full version (file). I added both columns to the report but the versions do not always match. Does anyone know the difference between the two fields?

    The "Full Version (File)" seems to come from an incorrect JOIN in the report query, it seems to report the latest version:

    Would anyone from Snow be able to clarify?

    If no clarification @Jennifer Pulford​ I suggest that you open a ticket.

    versions2I cannot confirm Samuel's assumption, in my little demo environment the product version and the full version appear to be consistent.

    As these columns have the "(file)" in the header, I assume these only will be shown where a file has been scanned and just report what has been added to the file details by the menufacturer.

    Could it be that you updated Windows at a date that has already been deleted in the metering?
