Incorrect Metric for Bentley Microstation Select Subscription

Hi,

I am inputting a new concurrent license for Bentley Microstation SELECT Subscription, however the metric's for this license only allow me to choose from:

- Installations

- Number of processor cores

- Number of processors

- CAL's

I have been in contact with Bentley and confirmed that this subscription license is a Concurrent User license. How can I override the 4 options above and set it to concurrent users?

Hi! Two choices: 1. You can edit the application and change the metric to concurrent users and a period under the License Settings tab. This has to be done before any license has been assigned to the application. Save, and you can assign a concurrent user license. 2. If this is indeed the default metric for the application (not familiar with the application you mentioned) and it's always sold as a concurrent users license, you should contact the DIS team at Snow (just submit a case in the customer service portal) and request a change of metric. This will benefit all Snow users of the SRS service since that change is in the global database. Regards, Björn
