kdpant asked a question.
- Why are the TS applications listed?
- How are the TS applications getting listed for devices?
- Why are some of the TS items listed on devices when the software is not even installed on the device at all?

Hi Kishan,
if you are seeing an application with TS in from of the name then it was launched via a Citrix or terminal services session. If you have an agent deployed on your Citrix server then Snow will track who is using it from where remotely. this is required for licensing. most TS applications will be measured either by the number of devices connecting over a given period of time or by the number of users using it over a given period of time. you can find more here. https://docs.snowsoftware.com/snow-license-manager/en/UUID-c8861b91-60ac-dcc3-4869-f097c5c8822e.html#UUID-c8861b91-60ac-dcc3-4869-f097c5c8822e_section-idm423261876799710
