The bulk import will be more applicable for new licenses, how about for renewing licenses agreement and there are changes to the existing quantity and licenses within the agreement, what will be the recommendation to update the license information?
If you are just updating licenses one at a time then just do so manually.
You can use the bulk update method if you have lots to update and know each bit of information you want to. Use the LicenseID column and target any data updates accordingly.
This only works for Licenses - any agreements will need to be done manually as there is only an Import function for agreements.
There is alot of licenses need to be updated per agreement, hence manual will be too tedious and may make mistakes. Noted on the suggested License ID method, to extract current license ID, and new license information (e.g. quantity) will replace the current information. I see there is license and agreement import but have not try the agreement import function. You mean import function only for License not agreement?

For agreements you can only import them - you cannot update them.
If you re-run the agreement import you will duplicate data.
Licenses you can import or if they already exist and you specify the LicenseID it will then update the current data.
