Hi all,
Can anyone please let me know how to mark a user as a online user, As i have tried by just changing the users option to mark as online user but nothing changed, Please provide any link of article if you have any. And also please know is there is any cons by doing this activity.

-- You could try to restart the 365 service from services.msc. Then you should find this getting changed.
What version of SLM are you on? There's a bug in 9.22.0 that was resolved in 9.25.0 where marking users online would never trigger.

Actually currently we are in 9.15 version and I have noted your bug on that specific version, Which will be useful for my future upgrade
