Adobe metric Transaction and INSTANCE licenses
I am trying to include two Adobe products, but it does not recognize them and the metrics are different from normal. One is Acrobat Sign for ent MSFT Azure TRN with Each Transaction Per metric
Year and the other is ColdFusion Ent ALL ALP Term w Maint & Gold ALL with Each INSTANCE Per Year metric. How can I add these licenses?
Hi Sergio,
both products are in the software recognition database. to search for the product you will need to use the sear for application function and make sure you use the 'also include not installed /used' function. this will then show you the application even if it is not installed / detected in your environment. It may then depending on your agreement or license to change the metric that is used to calculate compliance.

But they don't have the metrics I need, one is Each Transaction Per Year. Can you enter custom metrics?
yes it is possible to set multiple metrics against an application see here for more detail for custom metrics check out this section
