Is it possible to quarantine applications which are no longer in use ? For example Adobe Flash Player or applications with multiple versions which are no longer in use ?

What do you mean by exactly "quarantine applications"?
Maybe that would be covered by using the allowlist?
Note that it can become quite a lot of work to maintain your list of allowed software though.

Hi Samuel, thank you for your response. Please see attached - This version of Visio hasn't been in use since November 2019 but still displays in Our list of applications. Is it possible to flag this application as no longer in use or have something in the "Remark" column to flag this ? Thanks

Hi, your pic indicates that you have 5 installations without usage! The Software entry will be shown, as long as you have not deleted them on every computer
