Hi I am not 100% clear what it is you are trying to do, however if you are looking for a way to create a group of computers so that you can see what applications are installed and when their end of life is then you could do the following.

Create a custom field against the computer record. see Snow Docs Portal

then update the list of computers that you are interested in9 for instance custom field VIP = yes)

Then run the applications per computer report where custom field VIP = yes and add the column end of life to the report to see the dates for the installed applications.

It is possible to create custom fields to any of the main categories(computers, applications, users, licenses, contracts)
