SAMGTN asked a question.
Some users with Creative Cloud All Apps license show noncompliant for Adobe apps as " Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps for Teams " is not detected. Others users are fine. Any advice on how users correctly install for Snow to detect it?
Hi,
Do you have configured Adobe CC connector or are you trying to make Adobe compliant without it by just adding licenses to SLM?
Best regards
Hi
Connector not currently configured, just licenses added to SLM
Some users appear to show the CC All Apps application with the other apps as part of bundle so they show compliant but other users just show the individual apps and show non compliant.
As some users show the top level application and show compliant, there is clearly a way they can install / use it so it detects it but not sure how this is the case for some and not for others, or what we need to advise them to resolve it?
Thanks
Hi Sam,
Is there any update for this topic yet as we are facing the same problem?
Thank you
Hi Sam,
Is there any update on this or fix to resolve this since we are also facing the same issue.

Ruby Bhati
Hi all,
Currently adding regular licenses in SLM is the way to go.
Please make sure, you are using the latest snow inventory agent and inventory server, as we moved the required swidtag functionality, which once was "scan-swid.snow-ps1" into the agent and Inventory Server a while ago.
Also, if you are facing issues with adobe acrobat check this: https://community.flexera.com/s/article/Release-Notes-AgentScript-AdobeAcrobatRegScanV1-1
Don't hesitate to get in touch with support, if you are expecting some sort of fix.
Cheers Oli
Hi Oli,
I'm a bit confused now: do we still need to deploy the scan-AdobeAcrobatReg.snow-ps1 script with the agent or is it 'embedded' in the agent itself from a certain version and so no longer need it to be installed? If so, from which version is it no longer needed?
Or do you mean the swidtag script is no longer needed since that one we removed already ;)
Thanks,
Gert-Jan.
hi @Gert-Jan Kosterman thanks for bringing this up. I updated my answer and added the scan-swid.snow-ps1 script there.
Cheers Oli
