Dear All,
Am I right assuming that any connector Snow has to 3rd party license managers (M365, Adobe, etc) are unidirectional FROM that tool into Snow? e.g. no data is being transferred about any internal devices, user etc TO such services?
At least this is what my takeaway is from the Snow License Manager's documentation.

that's my perception too. But e.g. the BMC Helix RemedyForce connector is FROM Snow to that tool and I guess there are a few more connectors available which go FROM Snow or even bi-directional?

Thanks a lot, I am eyeing the M365 and Adobe for now. But I do agree that privacy concerns may rise with any connectors Snow has. It has a lot! :) me gusta!
Basically what Gert-Jan says, most connectors are inbound to Snow, although the ITSM connectors are outbound from Snow...
