Has anyone ever had any luck adding the Snow for Service Now app from the ServiceNow Store to a ServiceNow Personal Developer Instance?
As far as I can tell you need a HI account to use the app, but HI and PI are separate so you can't request it from the store.

The Snow Catalog and Snow CMDB ServiceNow applications do require a HI account to request from the ServiceNow App store. The 2 applications are not available for ServiceNow Personal Developer instances.
