SLM Github SaaS dashboard is displaying 'Others' for all users status.
Github SaaS dashboard is displaying 'Others' for all users status on SLM view/report, however on Github portal they all are showing as active.
Has anybody encountered the same issue in their environment? If yes, then please share your feedback & solution.

For setting up you followed our Userguide for SAAS Connectors?
Configuration of GitHub Enterprise (snowsoftware.com)
Retrieved data (snowsoftware.com)
SLM version - Version 9.20 Revision 01 Build 8103
We already have successful connection to Github portal using SaaS connector. Though the result is showing status always as 'Others' not 'active' / 'disabled' / 'suspended'.
Checked in Github portal too it contains same user with 'Active' status but in Snow it's shown with 'others' status
