Gregory Mosca used to be our SNOW rep, but his email bounces back that he is no longer with SNOW. Who do I go to now? Is there a Main POC for the United States I can contact?

Sorry to hear that you've not been able to reach your account rep. Within Snow Globe if you click on your profile image in the top right and then select My Account there should be an account owner listed there. There are also some general contact us options on this page: https://www.snowsoftware.com/contact-us/ Please do let me know if this doesn't get you the help you need.
Even though I have sent multiple emails through SNOW Globe and Outlook, no one has responded. How do I escalate to a higher level of management to get a response?
