How can I automate Import Organization Structure from AD

I would like to automate Import Organization Structure from AD. Does any one know if it is possible?

Someone that got this solved using the AD PS module. I found some reasearch links, but not yet sure how to proceed.

Expand PostUsing the AD PowerShell ad-on, you can work out a way to export a structure that can be imported into Snow.
The import is manual via the SMACC tool. But this is done once only. Changes to the structure have to be made manually because each time you import, you need to manually the following:
- For deleted nodes: select where the orphan clients, users, contracts and licenses will be assigned
- For added nodes: create the auto-connect rules
True, the above could probably be scripted but it would be pretty complex ... rather to be avoided
