Compliance Exclusion rule for User Based Metric
Hi Folks,
I have created compliance exclusion rule for installation based metric. But, now I want to create rule for user based metric (cloud applications). I can't select user under compliance exclusion rule. It is allowing me to select only computers. Also, I can't create rule without completing 3rd step (select computers).
How to create compliance exclusion rule specifically for user based metric (cloud application)?

same issue here.
It is not possible to create a compliance exclusion rule based on users with SLM.
You even can't exclude applications with user-metric from certain computers.
So if you create a compliance rule excluding all applications for a certain computer, this will not work for applications with user-metric.
The only thing you can do is to exclude the user from compliance in any application via SMACC.
I totaly agree that the compliance exclusion rules would need to support the user metric and excluding users.
I tried to explain this several times to snow, but sadly they don't get the point.
You will need to go to the Ideas Board an raise a feature request.
