If you could provide a little more information we could possible help.
Are you referring to simply the databases that make up the Snow application?
or say Oracle DB instances if you have the Oracle Management Option and scanning enabled?
or looking at DB's present where you find an SQL installation reported by the agent?

My understanding is Snow Agent is scanning for hardware level only.
I'm looking for DB's present where SQL installation reported by agents.
I'm very new at using Snow

The agent would normal scan hardware and installed software and find such installs as SQL Server etc.
However while it'll say what versions and editions of SQL are installed at this time it does not show you how many instance of SQL are running on a server or what DB's those instances contain.
This is unlike the Oracle module which does show DB instances etc.
