  • No, this is nothing Snow has been designed for.

     

    Even the Automation Platform will only trigger an installation or uninstallation as Mark has already mentioned. By default, this is done by adding and removing computers or users to AD groups and leave the rest to a Software Deployment Tool, Group Policies or whatever is used in the company to install and uninstall software automatically.

  • You can remove it but it is not supported (and it is dangerous to do)

    But if you have an imperious need to remove some software, it can be done from the DB.

    IMHO, I think the risk is not worth it
