This could mean a few things, the first place to start though would be the SRS database.
The SRS database is large but it definitely doesn't contain everything. Depending on the version of Snow you're using, if you go to Reports > All Reports and search for 'Files per Computer', can you find the installation under that report?
The report by default only shows 20 computers, so you'd be better adding the criteria Application Name LIKE '%CKFinder%' or something along the lines of that.
If it's visible in there, you'll need to log an SRS request with Support to have the application added. If it's not in there, it means the agents aren't picking up any installations.
