  • Hi Zaki,

If after following the documentation it is not working as you would expect, then the first thing would be to check when your connector is supposed to run and your Snow Integration Manager's log. Has the connector run already? If yes, is there anything in the log? How long have you waited? Is all the activity missing for all users or only for some users? Is there some information that is successfully pulled from O365?

Let us know what troubleshooting you have done and we can take over from there 🙂

If you find clues in the log, follow the tracks. There is really not much useful advice we can give with that little information you provide. I would definitely suggest that you also raise a ticket with Snow Support so whoever solves the issue first (Support or Community) the solution can be shared on this thread for the benefit of everyone.

    • Hello Samuel,

Thanks for your reply and sorry for delay, please find the below points :

      • all information is successfully fetched from Azure portal including the Activity information.
      • when it starts to export Office 365 data into SLM Accounts, SKUs and users are successfully exported but after that it gives InternalServerError message (System.Web.Http","Message":"The given key was not present in the dictionary."}])
      • only User activities information is missing.

      so what do you suggest?

  • SIM won't throw errors if the MS Graph API does not have proper permissions. Please review the most current User guide as the permission have change in 5.22 due to architectural; changes in azure.

    They should be

    Directory.Read.All

    Organizational.Read.All

    Report.Read.All
