In application reports, there is a column 'Has License' which signifies whether there is a license covering the deployments for that application. Is there a way that I can manually populate 'Has License' field for other versions of the product.
Ex: Suppose I have 100 licenses for Adobe Standard DC and I uploaded these 100 entitlements as a part of Adobe Acrobat DC 2020. These 100 licenses would also cover deployment for Adobe Acrobat DC 2019, 18, 17 and so on. Is there a way that I can see 'Has License' column checked against all the versions and not only the highest version.
I tried downgrading where I used the functionality 'could downgrade to', but it didn't seem to work.
If the license is under maintenance with "Upgrade rights" set to "yes", unused licenses will be transferred to the most current version anyway.
Checking the application details for your Adobe Acrobat DC 2020 will show you
where you can see upgrades and downgrades.
Does the license has the downgrade option activated at all?
Thanks Axel for your input. Yes, all the licenses have downgrade option upgraded.
However, my exact need is if there is a way/report which can show me that if I have licenses for Adobe Acrobat DC 2020, then all the other previous versions Acrobat DC 2019, 18, 17 are covered. One report which I found (which I mentioned) is where 'Has License' column is populated as Yes/No, but its only populated against the application for which I have onboarded the entitlements for (in this case Acrobat DC 2020). This report shows 'No' for previous version.
