Apps Store Enrollment
We are trying to enable the App store enrollment or at least update it on the V6 cloud-hosted version using the domain admin utility but where we are supposed to add a domain it looks like: I have tried enabling and disabling the "allow devices to be enrolled by email credentials on this domain" but get a message about checking the logs but when we do there is no a single log file Any help or advice welcome, TiA. Ben
Hey Ben, dealing with App Store enrollment can be a bit tricky, but I've got your back. When you're stuck with the domain admin utility, it's often frustrating. I've been there. To tackle the issue, make sure you're navigating to the right section where you add the domain. Something like this: https://www.quotenmeter.de/n/147234/mobile-app-entwicklung-im-jahr-2023-sieben-wichtige-trends
Double-check the settings around "allow devices to be enrolled by email credentials on this domain" – sometimes it's the small details that throw us off.
Regarding the missing logs, that's a head-scratcher. Check if there's a separate logging section or if the logs are stored in a different directory. It's not uncommon for these things to be a bit hidden.
Now, about the App Store enrollment itself, if you're still facing issues, consider reaching out to the support team. They might have insights or updates that aren't immediately visible. Don't hesitate to share the specifics of your setup; it could be a unique case.
Hang in there, Ben. Tech hiccups are just part of the game, and we'll get this sorted.
